By proceeding with your booking, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Refund policy

All bookings are non-refundable.

2. Weather

We will undertake all activities in the rain, so you should dress weather appropriately.

In the case of extreme weather, when it is not possible to safely provide the activity, the activity will be cancelled and you will be refunded in full.

3. Liability

Since the rough terrain and physical nature of our activities does incur a risk of injury, you should be aware that participation in all activities is entirely at your own risk. We do not accept responsibility or liability for any injury, loss or damage howsoever arising, whether caused by your own actions or the actions of others. All participants are recommended to have adequate personal accident insurance in place for all such activities/pursuits.

You will be required to sign a disclaimer before commencing an activity.

4. Safety

You agree to listen and adhere to any safety requests from your instructors. Ashford Outdoors & Equestrian Centre staff reserve the right to remove any participant from an activity who does not conform to a safety request by their instructor. There will be no refund if this occurs.

5. Participation

There are no refund if, during the session, you decide that you do not want to participate in the activity.

6. Height and weight restrictions

Health, weight and height restrictions apply to some activities. Details of these restrictions are detailed in the itinerary of the individual activity.

7. Alcohol and drugs

You agree to abstain from any alcoholic drinks before or during any adventure activities

You agree not to partake in or possess any illegal drugs whilst on the premises or grounds of Ashford Outdoors & Equestrian Centre

8. Personal property

Ashford Outdoors will not be held responsible for any theft or loss of your property while you are at Ashford Outdoors & Equestrian Centre. All valuable items should be left at home and all vehicles should be locked and secured. Use of the car park is entirely at your own risk and Ashford Outdoors & Equestrian Centre and staff accept no responsibility for theft, loss or damage howsoever arising to vehicles, persons or property whilst on the premises.

9. Photography and Video Recording

From time to time, Ashford Outdoors takes photographs and makes video recordings of participants during activities for use for its marketing purposes in all media and formats. If you do not consent to be photographed and/or recorded, you should contact Ashford Outdoors by email: [email protected], and advise a member of staff before partaking in any activities.
