Guided Mountain Bike Trail Rides

You will be guided through rolling forest trails and surrounds, passing stunning panoramic scenery along the shores of Lough Corrib and into rugged Connemara. Guided Cycle/Trail rides are between 1.5 hours to 3 hours depending on your prefered experience. Bespoke tours and packages are available upon request.

Mountain Bike Coaching Sessions

If you are looking to improve your mounatin biking skills or Fitness and have even more fun on your bike, then a coaching seesion at Ashford Outdoors is well worth it!  We offer one off sessions and bundles of either 6 or 12 sessions working on a programme that is developed to your individual or group needs.

We offer our services for individuals, small and large groups, both onsite and at various locations around the country.

Bike Hire

We have a large selection of Kona Blast, Hei Hei and Fatbikes available in a range of sizes.

At Ashford Outdoors we always offer:

• A warm Ashford welcome!
• Experienced fully qualified mountain bike guide/coaches (MBLA and Cycling Ireland) led by Olympic cyclist David O'Loughlin.
• A fleet of high performance Kona bikes. XC, Fat Bikes, Road Bikes, Hybrids, Kids, you name it we have you covered.
• A large selection of top quality helmets.
• Mechanical assistance - We have an in-house bike repair service.
• Experienced and highly qualified First Aiders, (Remote Emergency Care and Occuptional First Aid Support.)
• Coaching Sessions and Guided Trail Rides - Always start with a basic introduction and fundamental skills refresher (for inexperienced riders) -
• Guided tours and trail rides - Warm up loop on our onsite skills course followed by endless kilometers of forest and single track trail riding!
